Thank you for your supportThe Knit One Save One campaign introduced to Australians in October 2009 has been an absolute success, with our tally reaching over 150,000 squares (now sewn into nearly 10,000 blankets!). We are delighted to let everyone know that we will be sending your wonderful contributions to children in India, Cambodia and Laos as well as right here throughout our programs in Australia
The blankets will be distributed as part of our current health programs and new mothers will receive a lovely blanket from knitters and sewers of Australia.
We would like to thank each and every one of you who contributed to help children reach their fifth birthday. Whether you dedicated your time to clicking those needles together to conjure up a beautiful square, enjoyed time with a bunch of workmates sewing the squares into full blankets or helped by promoting the campaign to your wider group of philanthropists, we are all very grateful for your wonderful contribution.

For those of you who have been helping us sew squares into blankets, we would love to put a call out to ask that you sew a little faster and return these as soon as you can.
