child and SCA staff Workplace Giving responds to one of the most significant challenges faced by Save the Children - finding stable and low cost sources of funding to support our programs. It is the process of making regular donations to our programs through your payroll system. Donations are made automatically from your pre-tax pay, which means that your tax deduction is immediate and guaranteed, and it actually costs employees less than the amount we receive.
