If you’re taking part in The Big Bounce and want your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you … Hi
I wanted to let you know that I’m taking part in The Big Bounce, which is a new and hugely fun national fundraising campaign for Save the Children. As a Big Bouncer, I’ll be helping support Save the Children’s important work in Australia, including its early childhood education programs, so that every Aussie child can have a safe and happy childhood. (If you want to learn more about The Big Bounce, or want to sign up to be part of it, head to www.savethechildren.org.au/bounce). Many Australian families can’t enrol their young children in early childhood education programs: some because they can’t afford to, others because they live too far away. Save the Children run programs across Australia for kids who might otherwise miss out, including the Mobile Playbus scheme. The Mobile Playbuses are basically early learning centres on wheels, and they help give all Aussie kids the chance to laugh and learn. The Big Bounce Challenge I have set for myself is to (describe your chosen bounce activity, eg. to bounce on my trampoline for 10 minutes without stopping, or to bounce a football 200 times). I am now looking for Bounce Buddies – generous people like you to sponsor me! If you agree to be my Bounce Buddy, I will be very grateful. Optional: if you are aiming to bounce a certain number of times, you can refer to this here. My goal is to bounce (insert number) times. You can choose to sponsor me a set dollar amount for my entire Big Bounce Challenge, or a cent or dollar amount per bounce – the choice is yours! I am hoping to raise $(dollar amount) for Save the Children. You can sponsor me by heading to my fundraising page at (insert link to your Everyday Hero fundraising page) Thank you very much for your support! Your generosity will help me reach my fundraising target, and help Save the Children raise $100,000 to help Aussie kids have a great start in life. Best Wishes, (insert your name) If you want your school or sporting club to take part in The Big Bounce …
