Your Will needs to be prepared professionally as it is a legal document that needs to accurately reflect your wishes. Save the Children strongly recommends that you seek qualified legal advice when making or changing your Will.

Please consult a solicitor, legal advisor or Trustee Company and provide them with the wording that we suggest. Consulting a legal professional about your Will shouldn't cost as much as you might think. If you're updating your Will anyway, including a gift at the same time as making other changes costs you nothing at all.

You can find a solicitor through your local Law Society in whichever State you live. Their Specialist Accreditation Scheme can help you to find a solicitor who has demonstrated proficiency in drafting and writing Wills and Estate Planning.

If you would prefer to make an online Will or download a Will kit free of charge, you can visit our page on the Charity Wills website.

Please feel free to contact us to ask us any questions or to talk about how to include a gift in your Will to Save the Children.
