Please help us make sure children are not forgotten after Cyclone Pam.
On Friday 13 March, the strongest – and most devastating – cyclone ever to hit Vanuatu savaged the island nation.
The storm hit populated areas of the country, affecting more than 166,000 people – almost two thirds of the entire population – including an estimated 82,000 children.
While the world's attention has now moved elsewhere, the children of Vanuatu need our continuing support to recover from the devastation caused by Cyclone Pam.
How we're helping
Save the Children has been on the frontline since Cyclone Pam struck Vanuatu, getting life-saving aid to children and families most in need.
Thanks to our supporters, we have already been able to reach 50,000 people, including 33,000 children, but it is critical that we continue to stand by the people Vanuatu and help them to recover and rebuild their lives.
