Myanmar – Three months on
On May 3rd, Cyclone Nargis hit Myanmar (Burma) ravaging much of the countryside. Save the Children responded immediately, providing much needed supplies to residents whose lives had been turned upside down. Three months on, we have reached over half a million people and our response includes education, livelihood and child protection programs.
