Since 2015, one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world has been experienced in Yemen. During this time, Save the Children has been providing life-saving support
to children and their families.
In 2017, our Yemen appeal
helped provide safe drinking water to millions of children and their families. The money raised from the Yemen crisis appeal assists us in constructing large water access points, rebuild public rainwater harvesting systems and small water points that had been destroyed during the conflict. This has dramatically reduced the spread of cholera and other life-threatening diseases.
The Yemen Appeal
When you donate to our Yemen charity appeal
you are helping our lifesaving programs that provide healthcare, food, clean water and education. We work tirelessly to make sure children stay safe from malnutrition, disease and conflict.
How To Donate To Yemen Appeal
By supporting the Save the Children Yemen Crisis you’re helping 11.3 million children who require urgent life-saving support in Yemen. With nearly 100 years of field experience around the world, we ensure 73 cents in every dollar you donate goes toward projects. Your donation:
- Supports over 150 health facilities and over 20 hospitals to provide vital healthcare.
- Treats children who are suffering severe malnutrition while we provide urgently needed food to other children who are dangerously malnourished.
- Runs health treatment centres for children suffering cholera and diphtheria.
We make all your regular monthly donations
count and take responsibility for using resources efficiently, achieve measurable results and stay accountable
to supporters, partners and children.
