What else can I do to support child education?
If you're not able to donate money, there are plenty of other ways you can help out and support child education. You can organise a fundraising event and if you're a business, you can partner with us. You can also support our op shops by shopping at our stores or donating items.
Another way you can donate to child education is to become a volunteer, such as donating your time as an educator. Many charities need volunteers who can teach classes or help with administrative tasks. If you have experience in teaching or want to make a difference in a child's life, this is a great way for you to get involved.
The work we do as a charity that supports children's education
As a charity that supports children's education, we run programs that help to give children the best start in life. We also work in partnership with local communities, government, other NGOs, community and advocacy groups, corporate partners and individual donors to deliver our programs.
When disaster strikes, we set up temporary learning spaces, as we know that providing safe, positive and protective spaces that enable children to continue learning and developing can make a significant difference in the recovery process when a child has been through a traumatic experience.
As a global charity that supports children's education, we are currently providing child education programs in Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as to Rohingya children living in refugee camps in Bangladesh.
